Pokémon R.O.W.E. is a ROM hack based on Emerald, that includes several quality-of-life improvements. Pokemon ROWE offers a variety of modes that modify gameplay mechanics and provide different team-building opportunities. All Pokemon are available from the start, allowing players to experiment with any team they desire to defeat the league.
Description
Pokemon R.O.W.E is a project aimed at developing an open-world version of Pokemon Emerald with quality-of-life improvements and enhanced replayability, with a focus on creating diverse teams.
The game’s storyline is based on Emerald’s narrative, but due to the game’s unique feature, the story may be altered in a way that can only be experienced by playing the game.
Features
Before you begin, you can select Easy, Normal, or Hard as the game’s difficulty level. Perfect IVs, No IVs, Randomizer, and other options are at your fingertips. For the most enjoyable experience, mix anything you desire. The player can also choose from nine different starter Pokemon throughout the game.
The Pokemon they can obtain at random is the eleventh in Pokemon Rowe. Picking a starting point is the next step after deciding on a difficulty, mode, and starter.

The in-game Pokédex has a lot of important information, such as how the Pokémon evolves and its base stats, abilities, move sets, evolution yield, and more.
It has the same Shiny Rate as Vanilla Emerald, but if you want to go on a Shiny hunt, you should use the DexNav.

-Reworked the whole signature move system, now you can see a lot of information for signature moves, in the summary screen signature moves will
have a blue font and will show the correct power of the move after the modification, it will also show the correct type and some of them even have custom descriptions.
-Signature moves power, accuracy, type and type effectiveness will show in battle.
-Hidden power type effectiveness in battle will be correctly be calculated to show the pokemon hidden power type.
